What it looks like in practice.

Three agents, nine examples. For each one you can see what starts the conversation, what the agent does, and what lands with you afterwards.

Every company, name and conversation on this page is made up. There are no results or figures from real customers.

Reactivating cold leads

For lists of people who once raised their hand but were never followed up. The agent holds a real conversation and passes the lead on once the agreed goal is met.

Insurance quotes that never became a policy

What starts it
You send a CSV of people who got a quote last year and agreed to be contacted.
What the agent does
Writes personally with a reference to the quote, answers questions and finds a time for a call.
What lands with you
The lead turns “Ripe” in the dashboard and is sent to your CRM with the agent’s summary: when the customer wants a call and what about.

Fjord Insurance James Example – fictional

  1. Hi James, it’s Fjord Insurance. You got a quote on your car insurance in March. Is it still worth a look?

  2. Maybe. I’ve got a new car since, so the quote probably doesn’t fit

  3. That makes sense. An adviser can do a new quote for the new car. When would suit you for a call?

  4. Tuesday over lunch

  5. Tuesday at 12 it is. I’ll let the adviser know.

Pension reviews that were never booked

What starts it
A list of customers who asked for a pension review but never got an appointment.
What the agent does
Reminds them of the request, explains what a review involves and respects “not right now”.
What lands with you
Customers who say yes go to the CRM with a suggested time. Anyone who texts STOP is opted out immediately.

Northern Lights Pension Anna Example – fictional

  1. Hi Anna, it’s Northern Lights Pension. You asked for a pension review in the spring. Shall we find 20 minutes next week?

  2. What does it involve? I don’t want to change anything

  3. It’s just an overview of what you have and whether the cover still fits. You don’t have to decide anything. Does Wednesday afternoon work?

  4. Ok, Wednesday after 3pm

One-off donors to an NGO

What starts it
A list of people who gave once or signed a petition and agreed to hear more.
What the agent does
Says thank you, briefly shares what has happened since, and asks whether a fundraiser may call about regular support.
What lands with you
Those who want a call are sent to your CRM. The agent never takes payments by text.

Bees in the City Sophie Example – fictional

  1. Hi Sophie, thank you for signing for the wild bees in May. Since then we’ve sown new wildflower meadows in the city. May we tell you how you can join in?

  2. Sure, what does it cost?

  3. You choose the amount yourself. One of our team can call and tell you more. When suits you?

  4. Thursday evening is fine

Shopify and WooCommerce

For web shops that want to talk to past customers. The agent may only mention orders once the phone number and name have been checked against the store right before the message.

Customers who haven’t ordered in a while

What starts it
A list from the store: at least two orders, last order more than six months ago, SMS consent. The shop has entered a campaign.
What the agent does
Checks the orders against the store, mentions what the customer bought last, and shares the campaign – with the code the shop entered itself.
What lands with you
The customer who wants to order again shows up in the dashboard and is sent to your CRM, so you can follow up by email.

Bean Corner Laura Example – fictional

  1. Orders checked against the store: number and name match

  2. Hi Laura, it’s Bean Corner. You bought our Ethiopia Guji 1 kg in March – running low yet? Right now all beans are 15% off until Sunday.

  3. The bag is empty. Does that include espresso?

  4. Yes, all beans. The code is BEANS15 in the web shop. Shall I ask the shop to email it to you as well?

  5. Yes please!

Replenishment reminders for consumables

What starts it
A list by product text: customers who bought a “filter cartridge”, with their last order more than three months ago.
What the agent does
Mentions the actual purchase and asks whether it’s time for new ones. If the customer asks about delivery or an address, the agent says the shop will follow up.
What lands with you
The customer who wants new cartridges goes to the CRM with the summary – including that the shop needs to confirm a new address.

Clear Water Peter Example – fictional

  1. Orders checked against the store: number and name match

  2. Hi Peter, it’s Clear Water. You bought a 3-pack of filter cartridges in June. It’s about time to change – would you like a new pack?

  3. Yes, but I’ve moved. Can it go to my new address?

  4. The shop can sort that out. I’ll ask them to contact you about the new address before the pack is sent. Is that ok?

  5. Perfect

A campaign for past buyers

What starts it
A list of customers who bought yarn from the shop. The shop has entered a campaign about the new winter collection.
What the agent does
This customer has changed her phone number in the store since the last sync. The check fails, so the agent mentions no orders and only writes about the campaign.
What lands with you
In the dashboard you can see that order data was withheld and why. If the customer says yes, she goes to the CRM like everyone else.

The Yarn Nook Karen Example – fictional

  1. Orders checked against the store: number doesn’t match · no orders mentioned

  2. Hi Karen, it’s The Yarn Nook. Our winter collection has arrived, and until Friday customers get free shipping. Would you like to take a look?

  3. Do you still have the green merino I bought last time?

  4. I can’t see that from here, but the shop can check it for you. May they get in touch?

  5. Yes please

Customer satisfaction

For customer service teams and web shops that want to know how customers experienced them. One question from 1 to 10, read by fixed rules, and a follow-up when the score is low.

After a support call

What starts it
The phone system calls the agent’s trigger URL when the call ends, with number, name and case number.
What the agent does
Sends the question, reads the score and sends the review link, because the company chose to send it to everyone who answers.
What lands with you
The score shows up in the dashboard under the case number, and a signed webhook (satisfaction.completed) goes to your system.

Southline Broadband Hannah Example – fictional

  1. Call ended · case SUP-48213

  2. Hi Hannah, thanks for contacting Southline Broadband. How would you rate the help you got, from 1 to 10? Just reply with a number.

  3. 9, got it fixed quickly

  4. Thank you! Would you share your experience in a review? [your review link]

Score 9 · webhook sent

After a delivery

What starts it
When an order is marked as delivered, Zapier calls the trigger URL with send_at, so the question goes out the next morning.
What the agent does
Asks, reads the score 6 and asks what could have been done better, because the score is below the threshold.
What lands with you
The score and the comment about the late delivery show up in the dashboard and the CSV export, so you can follow up.

Lind Furniture Chris Example – fictional

  1. Delivered yesterday · sent next morning at 9 with send_at

  2. Hi Chris, thanks for shopping with Lind Furniture. How would you rate your experience from 1 to 10? Just reply with a number.

  3. 6, the sofa is fine but it arrived late

  4. Thank you. What could we have done better? Your answer goes straight to our team.

  5. Tell me in good time if the delivery moves

  6. Thank you for your feedback. Have a great day.

Score 6 · comment saved

After an email ticket

What starts it
The helpdesk calls the trigger URL when an email ticket is closed, with ticket_id as the case number, so the same ticket never produces two surveys.
What the agent does
Gets an unclear reply, asks once more and then reads the score. The company uses internal feedback only, so no link is sent.
What lands with you
The score 8 shows up in the dashboard. The webhook shows that the score was read by the fixed rules.

Invoicely Matt Example – fictional

  1. Email ticket closed · ticket_id 7731

  2. Hi Matt, thanks for contacting Invoicely. How would you rate the help you got, from 1 to 10? Just reply with a number.

  3. 7-8 I guess

  4. Sorry, we did not catch that. Please reply with one number from 1 to 10.

  5. eight

  6. Thank you for your feedback. Have a great day.

Questions we often get.

Are the examples from real customers?

No. Every company, name and conversation on this page is made up. They show how the agents work, not results from real campaigns.

Which agent fits us?

If you have a list of old leads, it’s reactivation. If you run a web shop on Shopify or WooCommerce, it’s the web shop agent. If you want to measure how customers experienced you, it’s customer satisfaction. Email us if you’re unsure.

Can we try an agent before we start?

On the front page you can get a demo text from the reactivation agent. We’re happy to show the other agents in a meeting.

Does one of the examples look like you?

Email us. We’ll talk about which agent fits and what the conversations should lead to.

The demo on the front page shows the reactivation agent.
