The estimate uses a success rate of 5%. Your actual rate depends on your list, and the success price is only charged for leads that actually convert.

For the nerds.

When a lead converts, we send it to your CRM with a signed webhook – straight away, with nobody retyping anything.

Webhook: A JSON POST to your URL for every converted lead, with the lead’s fields, the agent’s summary and a link to the conversation.
Signature: HMAC-SHA256 over the timestamp and body with your secret key, so you can reject anything that isn’t from us.
Retries: If your server doesn’t answer, we retry after 1 min, 5 min, 30 min, 2 h, 12 h and 24 h.
Delivery log: Every delivery is listed in the dashboard with its status code and error, so you can see what happened.
Leads in: Upload a CSV with names and numbers. Numbers are normalised and checked before anything is sent.
API: API access for your own systems is agreed with you.

Where your data lives.

Your leads are real people, and their details deserve to be treated that way. Here’s how it fits together – including the part that isn’t in the EU.

The AI language model that writes the messages runs with a provider outside the EU. That’s stated plainly in the data processing agreement, so you can assess it with your DPO.

Servers in Germany: The platform and your data are hosted on servers in Germany.
SMS via GatewayAPI: Messages are sent through GatewayAPI, a Danish SMS gateway.
Data processing agreement: You get a data processing agreement that lists the AI language model as a sub-processor.
Your data: The list and the conversations are yours. We delete them as agreed with you.

Texting people for marketing usually requires their prior consent. If you’re unsure what your list can be used for, we’re happy to go through it with you before anything is sent.

Questions we hear a lot.

Does an AI really write the messages?

Yes. An AI agent writes both the opening text and the replies, within the goal, tone and limits you’ve approved. We go through the setup with you before anything is sent.

What do we need to do technically?

Nothing beyond sending the list. We set up the agent, the sender name, the SMS gateway and the webhook into your CRM.

When is a lead ripe?

When the goal we’ve agreed with you is met – for example, the person says they’d like to hear more. The lead then appears in your dashboard and is sent to your CRM.

What does it cost?

You pay $0.50 per lead on the list and a success price per ripe lead: $10 up to 100 leads, $8 up to 1,000 and $6 up to 5,000. Above 5,000 leads we agree the price with you. There’s no subscription and no setup fee, and the statement shows every deduction.

What if someone doesn’t want to be contacted?

If they reply STOP or AFMELD, they’re opted out straight away. The agent also never texts during quiet hours.

Are we even allowed to text our old leads?

Texting people for marketing usually requires their prior consent. We’re happy to review your list with you before anything goes out.

Where is our data processed?

The platform runs on servers in Germany, and texts are sent via GatewayAPI, a Danish gateway. The AI language model is a sub-processor outside the EU and is listed in the data processing agreement. You own the data, and we delete it as agreed.
